Machining

We offer a bespoke machining service. Mouldings machined to order.

We are able to handle long lengthed timbers of over 6.0m and 400mm wide. We can plane, saw and mould timber to most requirements with up-to-date machinery and computerised six cutter with universal head. We are usually able to complete machining orders within a week, 10 days maximum.

We have at our disposal over 500 different cutter profiles for cornice moulds, skirtings and similar.
